RFP 2025-01 Request for Professional Engineering Services for Repair/Replacement of Existing Dam Structure for Lake George and Lake Albert in Atlantic County, NJ
Qualified Professional Engineering firms are invited to submit proposals for construction documents, bidding review and construction administration services for the replacement and or repair of existing dam structures. The following reports are available for download
Hydrology and Hydraulic Analysis Report
and
Geotechnical Engineering Report
Lake George Dam (NJDEP File No. 31-103) &
Lake Albert Dam (NJDEP File No. 31-104)
Buena Vista Township & Borough of Folsom, Atlantic County, New Jersey
- Questions may be submitted by May 7th at 5pm
- Site visits may be scheduled by appointment
- Proposals should be submitted by May 25th at 5pm
- Proposals must include professional qualifications including a list of completed projects of similar scope
- Proposals must include a narrative and line items for the following
Securing Agency Approvals and permits
Engineering Design and Construction Documents
Construction Administration
Agency coordination and meetings
Construction inspection and testing services
Required Agency close out documentation
Project Meetings – allow for 12 site visits per dam and additional bi-weekly owners updates. Additional meetings at $__
Direct Expense – Mileage, mailings, regulatory permits, additional surveys, and reproduction
- Proposals must included estimated start date
Work should comply with all regulatory requirements in effect for project site.
