RFP 2026-01 Request for Professional Engineering Services for Repair/Replacement of Existing Dam Structure for Lake George and Lake Albert in Atlantic County, NJ
Qualified Professional Engineering firms are invited to submit proposals for construction documents, bidding review and construction administration services for the replacement and or repair of existing dam structures. The following reports are available for download.

Buena Vista Township & Borough of Folsom, Atlantic County, New Jersey
- Questions may be submitted by October 19th, 2026 5pm
- Site visits may be scheduled by appointment by emailing dams@collingslakes.org
- Sealed bids to be submitted by November 9, 2026 5pm
- Proposals must include professional qualifications including a list of completed projects of similar scope
- Proposals must include a narrative and line items for the following
Securing Agency Approvals and permits, owner to pay permit fees
Engineering Design and Construction Documents
Construction Administration
Agency coordination and meetings
Construction inspection and testing services
Required Agency close out documentation
Project Meetings – allow for 12 site visits per dam and additional bi-weekly owners updates. Additional meetings at $__
Direct Expense – Mileage, mailings, regulatory permits, additional surveys, and reproduction
Any other costs or services which you determine are necessary to complete the project
Sample contract to be included
- Proposals must include estimated start date and estimated completion date
Work is to comply with all regulatory requirements in effect for the project sites.
